Prime 8:15 PM Center Showroom / Fountain-Side Booth (Prime Center Captain’s Booths 10–18, from $2,150 base) is the consistent insider sweet spot at Papi Steak—capturing elevated full-room sightlines and fast server turns at a fraction of Prime Center Captain’s Booths 10–18 ($2,150+ base).

Papi Steak enforces upscale Vegas evening attire: smart collared shirts, dark fitted jeans or slacks, and loafers or clean luxury sneakers (blazers look sharp at prime 8:30 PM seatings, though ties are never required). Shorts, baseball caps, athletic jerseys, and flip-flops are prohibited.

Reservations are mandatory; walk‑ups are rare and often redirected to the lounge. VIP guests secure prime sightlines within 48 hours, while walk‑ups may wait up to two weeks.

Papi Steak does not enforce nightclub guy-to-girl door ratios—entry is governed strictly by confirmed reservation times, ticket tiers, and standard Fontainebleau Las Vegas dress/bag policies.
