FAQ’s The Most Frequently Asked Questions of Vegas

It’s rarely a matter of your age, but more of a liability issue. Vegas is very high risk. People tend to indulge frequently in alcohol, gambling, legal, and illegal substances. Because of this, they need to be able to identify you in the event of an emergency. If you don’t have an ID, the only way you’ll be able to get in is if you’re high profile or a known regular. Even then. That might not work.

Occasionally they’ll let you in with some sort of picture ID. It would need to be accompanied by other documentation such as a letter from DMV, and/or multiple matching picture ID’s.

If you have a picture of your ID on your phone it does no one any good, because in the event of an emergency, they wouldn’t be able to open your phone.

Keep in mind, you don’t have a right to get into these places, it’s a privilege. They have a right to refuse service to anyone they choose. Always bring a government issued photo ID.

Some bars they might turn their heads to it, but clubs, absolutely not.

  • They confiscate your fake identification
  • They issue a lifetime ban to that particular casino and all of its parent and sister companies.
  • The venue also issues a lifetime ban.
  • In some cases it can lead to arrests

It’s not worth it.

Don’t do drugs. It’s going to mess with your sleep and serotonin levels. Vegas is intense enough.

Girls won’t need to wear heels, but if they wear sandals, the backs will be required to be closed.

Around 10:30pm-4:00am 99% of the time. That’s subject to change, and I’ve listed some reason

  • For big events, headliners, and holiday weekends sometimes nightclubs open before 10:30, sometimes as early as 9:00pm. These clubs want to fill the venue as fast as possible, and if they know they’re GUARANTEED to fill the club sooner they most certainly will. An A+ artist or entertainer will almost always guarantee the venue will open at 10:00pm or sooner. This is generally on holiday weekends. You will be notified if this is happening. NYE everywhere will be opening at 9:00pm
  • If a party is still going strong or guests are spending a large amount of money, they can stay open as early as 8:00am.
  • When these venues are rented out for private parties, they can open as late as 11:30 pm. This is in the event that people have decided to pay an extremely high price to have a club all to themselves. It’s rare, but it happens. Clubs will never close for an entire night because it could ruin the integrity of the business.
  • On slower nights in the winter time, when they don’t have the crowd to fill a venue, sometimes they will close as early as 3:00am. This is rare but it does happen.

These casinos make their money off of addiction and vices. Get addicts in a casino, they gamble their money. You cannot smoke in malls, lobbies, hallways, and enclosed restaurants.

Almost all hotels, gyms, and restaurants in Vegas will honor military, first responders, teachers, & students with a 10% discount towards food and hotel stay with valid proof of ID. Be sure ask in advance. Clubs not so much, but there are those times when you will find former military and their supporters who will go an extra mile to help you out.

If you forget any of these items or didn’t bring but decided you need them, there are CVS’s and Walgreens located all over the strip and shopping is endless in Vegas.

Alcohol lowers you’re inhibitions, therefor you’re less likely to care about your money. So by default, you’re more likely to take a chance at gambling while intoxicated. The price of alcohol is cheap. It’s pennies on the dollar compared to what people lose gambling.

Strip- Planet Hollywood Miracle mile shops, Venetian and Palazzo, & Fashion Show Mall.

All other casinos do offer complimentary valet and parking for higher tier rewards members, or validated tickets based restaurant spends and gambling play.

Unfortunately it’s not like it used to be. You used to be able to valet your car at every casino. Unfortunately now they require you to pay for valet and parking. It can range from $15-$75 per day.

All casinos allow small animals. They may require a deposit that is subject to the casinos rules and regulations.

Service and therapeutic animals are also allowed in most casinos, but you will be required to bring documentation like they are humans. Each casino has separate rules and regulations. I would contact each casino directly just to be safe.

Going through beach club security is a lot like going through an airport security check. It’s very time consuming and stressful. It takes at minimum of 30 seconds or more just to get checked.

  • Selfie sticks why: because they can store weapons inside is the most obvious reason)
  • Pills, this includes prescription, over the counter, and obviously miscellaneous. Why: These clubs are are at such high risk that they can’t afford to take any chances. These clubs have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, and if they have someone overdose or die in their club, they risk getting sued, fined, and even shut down. They’re not here to take any chances
  • Vaporizers & E-Cigarettes. Sometimes you can get away with it, but it’s rare. Why: Because there’s no way to tell what you’re smoking or what the liquid is.
  • Stored liquid containers. This includes eye drops, thermos’s (ask about these, some times you can bring them in if they’re empty), outside drinks, sunscreen is okay.
  • Athletic wear
  • Professional cameras, this includes Gopros. This is to ensure no one can take professional pictures without their consent. If you would like to, you must contact the club directly and get consent.
  • Drinking age is 21 and up.

  • Gambling age is 21 and up.

  • Liquor sales are 24 hours a day.
